RETURNS

With the exception of FINAL SALE items, we happily accept returns on items within 30 days from receipt. Shipping will not be refunded.

Step 1: To ensure that you will get a full item refund, please make sure you return items that meet the stated criteria:

• Items are unworn
• All tags are still attached (if applicable)
• Shoes must be returned in the original packaging, including the shoe box
• Please do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoe box

Step 2: Please include the below info with your return:

• Your full name
• Petit Foot order #
• Items you are returning
• Reason of return

Step 3: Email info@petitfoot.com for a return address. In your email, include your order #, items to return, reason of return.

Step 4: Make your return after you have followed Steps 1-3.

EXCHANGES

Email info@petitfoot.com for a return address. In your email, include the following:

• Your full name
• Petit Foot order #
• What you want to return and get in exchange
